At least three people have died during police action on the peaceful demonstration in Ottawa, including an elderly woman that was trampled by police on horseback. The woman was rushed to hospital where she succumbed to her injuries. Two male protesters mysteriously died early Saturday while they were in police custody. Police have not released the identities of the two men, or their cause of death to Vancouver Times.
Earlier on Thursday, Ottawa Police reported that over 100 arrests have been made, and 21 vehicles have been towed. Police indicated they successfully cleared the intersection of Mackenzie Avenue on Rideau Street. As police continued their crackdown on peaceful, law-abiding protesters, an elderly woman was trampled by horses. The woman’s death has been corroborated by Sara Carter at Fox News. Carter came to Canada specifically to cover the protests. In response to Carter’s report, Jason Roberge, congressional candidate for Virginias 7th District weighed in, claiming: “It’s official, the tyrannical dictatorship has now murdered a peaceful protester.”
Justin Trudeau continues to crack down on dissent in the country, seizing the bank accounts of political opponents, and sending his police officers to arrest people that disagree with him.
